Barbell Class

Our barbell program is designed specifically to improve both technique and strength in the two olympic lifts: the snatch and the clean and jerk. Each class is an hour long and focuses on only one of these lifts each time. This class is set up so that, after a group warm up, you can move at your own pace through the workout and the coach can focus on people who need more help while those who are very proficient can move a little faster if they prefer. Barbell Class is hosted by our Olympic Weightlfting Specialist three times per week on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.  See the class schedule for the specific times!
