Isabel Baez
Isabel BaezCoach
-B.A.S. degree in Business Management and Organizational Leadership
-CrossFit Level 1

From a young age I developed a love for a variety of sports including dance, track, soccer and flag football. I thrived on competition and team camaraderie. I joined the Tampa Bay Lightning organization out of high school as a Lightning Girl and after retiring the spandex I continued my passion to live an active lifestyle by trying everything that typical gyms had to offer, trying not to get bored. I started CrossFit in 2013 in a small town in Texas. Right then I knew it was the start of something good. CrossFit inspires me to push harder, test my limits and always strive to be better than yesterday. Being a coach inspires me to constantly pursue improvement as a person and as a leader. It’s a humbling experience to be able to change a person’s life. On the weekends I like to relax on the beach, drink Bloody Mary’s, and listen to country music.
